• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information in your business listing.
• You affirm that you have the right to list the business and to use any logos, photos, or content you upload.
• Listings are reviewed by our team before publication. We may reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Listings that are misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful to users or the Service may be removed without notice.

5. Advertising

• Ad placements are sold on a monthly basis and rotate among multiple advertisers within the same placement slot.
• All ad creatives are subject to review and approval before going live.
• We reserve the right to reject any ad creative that is misleading, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
• Payment is required before an ad goes live. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change.
• Ad purchases are non-refundable once the placement period has begun, except where required by law.
• Click-through performance is not guaranteed. We do not warrant specific results from advertising.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data without our permission.

7. Intellectual Property

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for advertising in the preceding three months.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
